
David Success Favour
David Success Favor is an enthusiastic lady born on April 24, 1997, into the family of Mr. and Mrs. David in the Okehi Local Government Area of Kogi State. She grew up in Akure and had her primary education at Community Primary School, Akure, Ondo State. Favour attended Saint Michael’s Catholic High School, Akure, where she was made a sanitation prefect girl. The post she held in her secondary education grew her passion more for the environment, which later resulted in her furthering her education in Fisheries and Aquaculture from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State, where she graduated as the best-graduating student in the department with a second class upper (Hons) in 2020.
During Favour’s undergraduate days, she joined Aquaworld, a non-governmental organization that ensures a clean and healthy aquatic landscape across the blue planet, as a volunteer. She also worked with Adeco Farms, where she learned more about Aquaculture and the environment. Furthermore, in her National Youth Service year in Ibadan , Oyo State, Nigeria, in 2021, She joined the “Green Switch Academy,”, an academy that enlightens the populace about the importance of having a clean environment. Favour presently works with Jobberman, Nigeria, in Oyo State as a support facilitator to train Nigerian youths on the importance of soft skills. Aside from her academic career, she’s also a professional baker.
