
Joan Fulton
Joan Fulton is a blue finance consultant, having worked on blue finance mandates with ADB, UNDP, the World Bank and the EU. She draws on a distinguished career in international banking (UBS, Chase), risk management (Union Bancaire Privée), and corporate finance (Union Carbide). Joan also served as Adjunct Professor of Management at Universities in Madrid, Spain and Geneva, Switzerland. Joan holds a BA, Stanford University, and an MBA, Columbia University. Her current business activity is centered in her blue finance consultancy, Finance4Blue.
Finance4Blue focuses on business and organisational readiness for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in emerging markets, principally in the Global South. Finance4Blue guides SMEs in assessing key business factors that affect their business success and fundraising capability.
